|Special Channel Announces the First Parent Meeting for the 2013-14 School Year|
Join us for the 1st Special Channel Parent Meeting on Thursday, October 17th, 7:00 PM at the High School- Hurda Learning Center. Special Channel is a parent group for all students with disabilities in grades K-12 to learn about resources, to hear about topics relating to students with disabilities and to network with other parents and district teachers and administration. This year our events have been collaboratively planned with the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit. Our first topic is entitled: 5 Strategies that Support Reading in the Home. Come out and bring a friend. All sessions are free and registration can be found on www.mciu.org/register
